General

Disable 30FPS cap in cutscenes/photo mode or set your own framerate limit.
Adjust gameplay FOV, camera distance and camera horizontal position.
Allow frame generation in cutscenes.
JXL screenshot quality option and fixes hitching while taking screenshots.
Allow the use of motion blur + frame generation.
Force disable depth of field.

Ultrawide/Narrower

Remove pillarboxing/letterboxing in borderless/fullscreen.
Fixed HUD scaling with configurable HUD size.
Fixed FOV scaling at <16:9.

I got this but i still get 30 fps in cutscenes, so am i doing somthing wrong?
