Frame rate issues with 3080

Specs:
i9 10850
32 GB RAM 3200
3080 10GB

When running with recommended settings with DLSS and 4K I get around 20 FPS. When I set all settings to lowest possible with DLSS and 720p I get around 40 FPS.

Something seems really messed up with this game for me, and it's only this game I have issues with. I had the same issues in the demo. In 3dmark I get scores with the average for my system. The thing that's confusing me is all the reports online of people with 3080s getting 100fps and such. Anyone else have experience with this and solved it?

This ended up being the solution. For anyone having similar problems, the exact symptom that means you might have the same issue was using Afterburner overlay and noticing that the watts being used by GPU were a lot less than other games.

Most of us are having FPS issues on multiple different cards. We just got yet another un optimized game and have to hope they fix it.

Thanks for the suggestion but this didn't work out. I also tried downloading DLSS 3.7.2 dll to replace the one in the game and didn't see a difference

I have a 7900xtx and it runs great. My boyfriend has a 3080 and he seems happy with it yes we are gay.

RTX 3 series not support DLSS 3.0,(frame gen) it support 1.0/2.0 (upscaling), 3.5(light re-contribution)
u have to enable FSR 3.0 and disable DLSS

im using 7800x3d 3070TI, having 80fps with 1440p High quality graphic setting
sometime experienced stutter when cutscene, coz it will disable FSR during cutscene.
and it was fixed by cutscene fps unlock mod to enable FSR during cutscene

DLSS works well with my 3080ti/i9-11900K. I have over 100 FPS @2K

The following has helped some people. Manually delete the following folders, make sure the latest GPU drivers are installed, then restart the game and wait for the shaders to recompile.

That's 1080p, though.

But yeah, my 3090 is struggling.
