HOW TO SAVE IN FINAL FANTASY XVI (16)

#1) If using this mod from Nexus mods - FFXVIFix at Final Fantasy XVI Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) - The Ultrawide/narrower support mod

you MUST go into the FFXVIFix.ini Config File and edit the following path at the very bottom of the list -

[Disable Graphics Debugger Check]
; Set to true to disable graphics debugger check.
; Can help with performance issues on Linux machines.
Enabled = false

By default, its Enabled as true, so change this option to false

#2) Follow these instructions -

Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions. Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process.

I personally "added an exclusion" of the ENTIRE Final Fantasy 16 folder.

By doing both of these steps, I can NOW SAVE MY GAME!! I hope this helps anyone else having trouble with game saves.
