Report a translation problem
If you turn on dynamic resolution DLSS then you'll set a target framerate (like 60 or 80) and the game will lower the resolution as needed to hit that framerate. Depending on your general performance this will either look better or worse. For example it might give you 1800p at times if your GPU is good enough, or it might drop lower than 1440p when it needs to.
If you set the target framerate to 120 or more you're going to get an ungodly blurry image because even a 4090 can't get close to that at any decent resolution.
