CONSTANT A POSING CHARACTER MODELS

HOW THE ABSOLUTE ♥♥♥♥ DO YOU SHIP A GAME WHERE THE CHARACTER MODELS CONSTANTLY A POSE DURING CUTSCENES. My pc is MORE than strong enough to run this at the highest settings and i have zero issues during gameplay but almost ALL of the cutscenes have every character model is either A posing or T posing.

I have tried so many setting changes and can find NOTHING online about this being an issue, all my drivers are up to date as well. I just dont see how this isnt being talked about more

Anyone know what's going on with this? It happens to me near the start of the game, the area right after where the demo ends. Then there's a battle and the next cutscene is fine. So frustrating. I don't want to have to go to YouTube to see what happens.

It happens randomly for me but its at a point where its doing it to multiple cutscenes in a row making the game practically unplayable

anyone experienced texture issue on the eyes of characters during a Dion cutscene in a throne room after meeting Mid?

Maybe try validating your files, maybe something is missing and that's why it's wierd. Never had T-posing characters before.

I had that in moded Skyrim when some models were not properly referenced to the correct animations.

if you're getting t-posing characters during cutscenes that's probably a software issue on your end. Likely your game files are either missing animations or the scripts that are supposed to call those animations are broken. Or there might be some other software on your computer interfering with the game.

Yeah... what? Maybe its time for an integrity check and also, delete your shader file.

Its in users\you\appdata\local\squarenix\Final Fantasy XVI

Delete that .psol file.

I have no idea how it fixed it but yeah verifying game files fixed it. The weird thing is no files were broken or missing so im not sure what it fixed.
