I have had this problem since launch and I will admit the patch is in the right direction because the game dropped to 7 fps average before the patch, now it's dropping to 30 average I guess? But still for a character centered action game this is bad.

Yea as I wrote in other posts the game has something strange, there are areas where the frame rate seems to go crazy and parts of the game where you fight against the Eikons where it is very smooth. I think there is something "dirty" in the game code. Now that it has arrived on PC it also explains why it ran so badly on PS5 (the much talked about 720p)

so I switched these button and restart the PC and I swear the game was running 144 at 1440p and the game was looking fine there is no weird ♥♥♥♥♥♥ low res assets as well but when I restarted the PC again it went back to 20-40 fps -.-!!
