PSA: stabilize frametime for high end systems (fix for micro stutters)
Your monitor and the framepacing in game is in conflict.

For all solutions: turn off VRR control in monitor menu if you have this, it's in some oled and expensive VA monitors, this settings causes input lag AND micro stutters.

Solution 1: turn on gsync/freesync/VRR. This is the simplest fix but has its own problem, it causes brightness flickers in alot of oled and VA monitors. The only fix for the flicker is VRR control which causes micro stutters.

Solution 2(without framegen): Lock fps and turn on vsync. You should only lock fps to the ones marked with a star, ie your monitor refresh or half refresh. Make sure it's lower than what your system can exceed. If your system can managed 70ish fps, then set your monitor to 120hz or 60hz and lock the fps in game to 60fps.

Solution 3(with FSR framegen): Turn vsync on and lock framerate marked with a star ingame. AMD framegen has perfect framepacing but poorer performance to quality.

Solution 3 (with nvidia framegen): Lock fps, turn off gsync and turn on vsync.

This is a bit complicated for nvidia users as nvidia turn off vsync by default. What you need to do is add FF16 to nvcp and turn on vsync there, you will also need to lock fps there to your target fps.

ie, if you're targeting 120fps, then lock fps to 120 in nvcp. Also set your monitor to 120hz or at the fps you're targeting. Your monitor refresh need to be AT or double your targeting fps lock. ie at 60fps lock, your monitor will need to be set to 120hz or 60hz, at 120fps lock it need to be set to 120hz or 240hz.

The next step is to lock fps AGAIN with rtss in game to your target. Yes you need to lock it twice, once in nvcp to stabilize dlss framegen or you will get erratic framedrops, and once with rtss to eliminate micro stutters.

With the above settings, providing your frames don't drop, it should eliminate all micro stutters.

Tested and beaten the game on: i7 13700kf, 4080s, 32gb 6400 cl32, nvme 5000r/w. samsung neo g7. 120fps locked, DLSS (1440p dynamic resolution) framegen on.
