Performance got worse ?

Hello ive been wondering if anyone has the same issue i was playing the game and running it like 120+ on my 4070ti andi7-13700KF, but when i started the game today im getting like 40-80 fps only with dlss3 and frame generation, i didn't change settings at all so i have no idea what happend to it

im stunned the game cant run at 60fps on my 3080 @1080p

i actually try to run it on 1080p too with my pc and outside the "main hub" i cant even get stable 60fps, but ive been able to run it so well yesterday ? like i really dont understand

I had a problem too, the first 10 hours of playing were excellent and then I started to experience stuttering in the game

well it's weird it gotten so much worse even in the locations i previously been to. its such a shame i've been waiting for it to realease on pc to experience it w better fps and better looking

I had the same problem for me fixen it is do delete the shaders and let the game reinitialize it , Maybe it help u too the shader is loacted in ; AppData\Local\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XVI DELETE the .psol data and start the game it progess the shaders again and after that i can play for a time stuttering free i mean at last it worked for me ^^

i tried it and it didn't really work for me but thank you so much for the help i appreciate so much <3

There are parts in the game where the frame rate goes crazy for some reason, no matter the resolution and no matter the graphic settings (lostwing and others whose name I don't remember) then in the battles and the clashes against the Eikons everything is fluid 90/100 fps... But above all the low temperature of the gpu makes me think that there is something wrong. Let's hope for an update since the game has been out for a week

yes hopefully they will fix it, im just so confused cause yesterday it'd run better at the same locations which just is weird to me like nothing changed and i suddenly lost around 40+ fps

Try switching to "Legacy" super resolution it works for me

for me that does it even much worse i get to low 30 fps

Yeah I have a 3090 and a ryzen 9 and I'm getting 20fps in towns no matter the settings/nvidia control panel/power plan etc. The first 8 hours or so of the game was reasonably okay but always inconsistent. I also only play in 1080p. Total slideshow I am getting sick of PC gaming the devs cannot optimize for the various hardware combinations and I spend 20 hours trying to get each big release to run at a playable state.
