Actual FF16 Performance Fix Procedure That Works

TL;DR - * Follow this procedure from A to Z *

My 2022 Razer laptop has a GeForce RTX 3080 Ti /w 16GB VRAM, more than enough to meet the advertised technical requirements to run this game smoothly.

Before procedure

Between 20 and 30 FPS

After procedure

60 FPS+

Of course, your mileage may vary, play around with some settings, but what seams to actually fix the perf issues for me is using AMD FSR 3 for Super Resolution, and disabling Dynamic Resolution.

I can now actually enjoy the game, hope it enhances your experience as well, cheers.
