I would really like to be able to play on release day. My internet is kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥, it would be nice to pre-download.

I haven't see any news, etc on preload unfortunately. The Ps5 did have it though. Since there is no news on PC preload, I'm guessing it won't happen.

On PC, the Final Fantasy 16 PC release time is set for 7am PDT / 10am EDT / 3pm BST (GMT-0) on Tuesday September 17, and midnight AEST on Wednesday September 18.

No preloading mentioned.
