Hard crashes

So i'm having a lot of hard crashes, just today i had to restart my pc 5 times bc the game not only crashes but it freezes the whole pc, seems randon, happened once on a cutscene, thrice while using the fast travel back to a quest giver, and once in the menus. Someone is having the same problems? Source of it? or if can be at least less frequent?

The frame rate is above 60 FPS, and crashes or unresponsiveness occur randomly in any scenario, but the sound continues playing. No matter what I have tried, nothing seems to change.

Try using in-game 60fps lock (or lower) and see if it helps.

Heard from quote a few people the best way for the least amount of problems is Geforce Now cause their servers are premium servers are powerful enough to bypass all the errors in the coding (involving specs of course). But yeah its not you, it was bad on the ps5 and if you can play Dragons Dogma 2 or Sparkling Zero fine... then its this game. (I can anyway... so i know its not me computer).

Strong hardware can’t really bypass errors in code. My guess is better cooling or better setup OS, drivers, no bloat etc.

After 1.02 update I have a hard crash while playing Kairos gate at stage 18 (pain in @$$ you know).
Game freeze but music still work, can not alt F4, can not open Task Manager to close game.

This game has a lot of bad performance problems and memory leaks. Hopefully Squeenix will patch it soon.

Same here. Was you able to fix the crashes or it still crashes?

At least they had the common sense of releasing a demo to show people how mediocre this port is.

Same here. Hard such a hard crash that my second monitor wasn't detected anymore until I had to set it back again in windows's settings. WTF Square?
