The Kairos Gate game mode also comes with The Rising Tide and is akin to the Devil May Cry series' Bloody Palace... It's probably the best extra game mode in my opinion; better than Arcade Mode or any of the trials. It also has some great rewards in both NG and NG+.
All that being said, due to the size of the DLCs, as described by the other posters in this thread, the value proposition is not as good as the base game. If value for your dollar is your most pressing concern, you might have a bit of buyer's remorse. If, however, you love the base game and don't mind the price all that much, you'll likely quite enjoy both.
The cheaper one is super short but has a fantastic lore added to the game. It also has the strongest accessories in the game and 2 cool looking weapons.
The second DLC is an additional location with a story, sidequests and a big boss. You also get 2 new Eikons abilities and tonberry knife. Also additional game mode - a rouge like mini game with some good rewards.
The second DLC is visually spectacular.
The first DLC is just a short tower but you get a very nice view from it.
It’s expensive but I put 100h into the game for 100% completion and it felt worth it to me.
if you found the game ok then they are not worth it
