Are the DLCs worth it? Does the story feel incomplete without them? Also how's 3070 performance?
I'd buy the game at its current discount but only for the base game. The complete edition is practically a full-priced AAA game.

I tried the demo, but while I could reach 60, it felt a little bit blurry for my liking.

um, the base game is very feature complete and expansions not required. the bigger one is better, the dlc dungeon isnt worth it

Base game has the complete start to finish story. DLC are optional.

I never played the expansions, I don't feel like anything was missing. I do want to play the expansions, but the value isn't great vs the main game so imma wait for a sale I think.

EDIT: And you might have vram issues with a 3070. It depends, reports vary a lot. You might have no problems or you might have a lot. Couple tips though, reduce textures to low, this is pretty much required for 8gb GPUs and doesn't affect visuals much, and also reducing terrain detail can help. Also using legacy scaling is better for reducing vram use than dlss ( which is useless for it in this game). If that still isn't enough, you might want to look at dynamic resolution scaling, though make sure you set a reasonable framecap (30 - 60) or it might get too blurry. Or maybe none of that will be necessary. You'll just have to see.

Just... make sure all apps in the background are closed. Apps like to use vram these days, not just games. And this is one of the most vram hungry games I have ever played.
