Tell me how to get the additional quests "Where There's a Will" and "Priceless"?

I've reached the end of the game, but they haven't appeared for me. Joshua doesn't give them out in dialogue and they're not in the letters on the desktop either. And without them, I can't start the DLC, what idiocy.

In order for the DLC quests to unlock you need to complete Joshua's and Jill's quest lines so they are permanent members of your party as well as be on the story quest "Back to Their Origin."

This is all great, but how could I guess which side quests I needed to complete to unlock the 2 more side quests? Didn't the developers assume that someone might not complete all the side quests? This is the first time I've seen this. Thanks for the tip, friend.
