A few result in a minor bit of combat.
All are fetch quests but with out even the benefit of some decent story or exposition.

And yes, most of the side quests that aren't marked are painfully boring and offer no useful rewards at all.
I'm not even a sidequest guy, usually. And I did every single one. Some were very memorable. Especially one involving charon. Though tbh I think it was mostly just because I wanted to spend more time in the world and have it last longer.
