Slow Motion in battle
Ryzen 5 7600, 4060, and 32gb of ram and this game barely runs half the time and others it works great. The issue I am running into now is the game running fine until i go into battle and all of a sudden the entire game begins to be played in slow motion, anyone else have this issue?

Yep, same here.

I had the same issue, tho my PC is much weaker than yours. I fixed it by updating my video driver with a completely clean install, reducing shadow quality, disabling dynamic resolution, and changing the upscale method to basic antialiasing. The demo still ran at 15-20fps but the slow motion was mostly gone. I also used XeSS instead of FSR, but I don't know if that will work with AMD.

Got it smooth enough to manage perfect dodges and counters.

Yes, myself and someone else are having the slow motion in combat situation. I think we just have to hope that game and driver updates help. Can try more settings. https://www.reddit.com/r/FFXVI/comments/1eyh2xp/pc_version_demo_update_101/

It sounds like you're having VRAM problems, try lower settings to low then try again.
If the problems disappear then try increase each settings one by one until it happen again.

Maybe not. It runs at 1920x1080 at ultra at 60 fps without the slowdown on my GTX 1660 Ti 6GB. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't just witnessed it. Though it has the slowdown on his RTX 4060 8GB and my Arc A550M 8GB. What is going on?

Wrong.

It's a bug in game, we are mass reporting to se.

It's all over the forums.

Stop giving input. You're vehemently incorrect and you're running around spewing this lol.

Try disabling frame gen, for me frame gen cause slow motion in battle.

I would second this. I have a Core i9-9700k and a RTX 3070. The game runs as smooth as butter until I use fast travel.
