Game is playable now thanks to modders.

1. DLSS issues - fixed by using DLSS Swapper (swapped to latest version)
2. 30 FPS stuttery cutscenes - fixed by FFXVI cutscene unlocker. Cutscenes are now smooth (only downside is FG doesn’t seem to work for the cutscenes).

I can say that it’s a great experience now with these fixes for me. Just a shame it had to be fixed by modders
