Locked things and the beach

Is there a way to open the locked things that appear during the game? like closed doors or the fallen cockpit? and does the beach lead to somewhere?

Beach doesnt lead anywhere but isnt completely pointless depending on how you look at it
The walk back is far shorter

By moving the cat out of the way at the building before the casino you get to enter the room and get the key to the warehouse where the prayer place/temple is. I sold my key for $200 instead of opening so I'm not sure what's in there yet.

The key from moving the cat is to the lighthouse I think, I don't know whats in the lighthouse. If you use the ladder guy to access an unreachable location, you receive a key that leads to the storage. The next part is a spoiler of what the storage at the shrine leads to. This gives a note that tells you of a secret you get if you continue to go down the beach all the way for 10 mins. The walk back is only a few seconds. Don't turn back at any point when walking all the way down. Hope this helps
