I want some melee combat variant
I variant that replaces arows with swords. That would expand multiplayer so much further :).

More like Samurai Gunn than Nidhogg. You can even play as secret TowerFall characters. But the two share a lot of similiar mechanics, like single screen arcade action, screen wrap manipulation, so on.
