Go to the credits screen.
Keyboard: Left - Right - Tab - Shift - Up - Up - Down - Left - Shift - C
Controller: Left - Right - LeftTrigger - RightTrigger - Up - Up - Down - Left - RightTrigger - A

What exactly is unlocked

All the quest levels are revealed, the four unlockable archers are unlocked, the four hidden towers are discovered, and the Gunn Style variant is enabled. In short, everything there is to unlock is unlocked instantly by entering this cheat code.

A word of warning though: this might ruin the whole exploration aspect of TowerFall if you use it. Unlocking the whole game with friends can be a fun adventure.
