chunkfinder.cpp (663) : Assertion Failed: Failed to load file '/home/kandarihu/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/TowerFall/Workshop/Temp/526404925/custom.tower' for chunking!
This could be really bad news - it knows where the file is based on the directory we sent it (and we only send the directory; Steamworks iterates through the folder and picks up any files within it), but it fails to load the file for reasons we aren't told. All we know is that it picked up the file path and Steamworks' code hit an assert() that didn't pass.
Assuming that we have read permissions on that file, it's pretty much all on Valve to see why it doesn't like that file. If you want you can check to see if the Temp/ version and your original version are any different (maybe it was corrupted somehow?), but aside from that there's no real way for me to debug Valve's half of the Workshop support.
After getting an update to successfully install: RESTART YOUR STEAM.
Workshop acts wonky a lot of the time otherwise, and false positives are common when you don't!
