was looking for something like Deponia. this one kinda meet the requirements but ngl some puzzles doesn't make any sense, same as it was in Deponia. Anyway was a fun journey, totally worth the price with 90% off ^^^

Enjoyed it overall. In some cases it was hard for me to understand where to use some items but maybe its a "me" problem. Would give 7 or 8/10. Bought this on sale bundle with the sequel.

The Inner World is a story rich, funny, point & click, adventure game where you play as Robert who meets Laura and they both go on an adventure to discover the secret of the wind's disappearance.

What an adventure game delight this game is. The animation is great, the interface is clean but efficient, the puzzles are reasonably easier(except for a few), and the humor is top notch.

I did have a fair amount of crashes during problem-solved cutscenes, but when reloading they proceed just fine.

This is a point and click adventure game that stands out by being in a unique fictional setting. While a lot of fictional worlds bombard you with many proper nouns and concepts, this reminds me much more of a children's fairy tale. The main progression puzzles might require an item that itself is made up from several parts. One thing that makes this game stand out is the hint system. If you want to use it, there are a series of increasing nudges in the right direction. Of course the use of the hint system is optional and I think most of the puzzles could be completed with just thinking and trying things out. It's a very nice feature to help players who are less skilled in the genre, want to confirm they're on the right train of thought, or simply want to be lead through the experience to focus on the story. The main character, Robert, is very child-like and naïve in a charming way. It contrasts well in a world filled with characters much more cynical or abrasive. These interactions are the bulk of the playtime and each character is voice-acted quite well. I recommend it for anyone who wants to experience a good story or a charming point-and-click adventure.

A genuinely solid point and click adventure in an underground world under tyrannical rule by an oppressive theocracy. The protagonist is a sheltered orphan raised by the theocracy who rebels when he meets the first feisty woman who crosses his path and it's all pretty standard fantasy adventure narrative. But it isn't without its charm and good puzzle structure with an in-game hint system to keep you from getting too stuck. A decent adventure in the European point-and-click style.
