Kaul's Diary

In the DLC when you go to Leng, how do you prevent the leng spiders from continously coming out of their holes? Can the holes be sealed?

Is anyone else playing with the Kaul's Diary DLC? I don't see any youtube longplays.

I am playing it, I have returned from Leng.

It nice to have extra missions, but I have to admit that not having the insanity rules in Kaul's Diary is a big let down. It would have been fun to blast the sanity of the allies and the german troops. :)

Without the sanity/insanity rules, the monsters are just ordinary units. :-/

I finally killed the Leng-Mage and got out of Leng. I finished the base campaign using Intel AppUp on the PC 2 years ago. It's good that they refunded the users when they closed this year. I'm playing Kaul's Diary on an iPhone 5S. I bought the Steam version just to support the developers.

Finished Kaul's Diary. I agree that driving the soldiers insane would have been fun. Would be better if there was a switch to toggle the camera snapping back to your machine gunner after every burst so you would not have to keep re-targetting.

A belated reply however to those who is having difficulty, in the beginning, kill all enemies until one or two spiders arrive each round. Then move your cannon fodder (reanimates) acting as a shield as the spiders only arrive in pairs (or maybe just one). There are set trigger points where the obelisks are however it's nothing to worry about.
