Pengi the blu penguin is just to strong half of his attack are almost impossible to dodge.
Do you have any tips.

yo, still interested in the game? all of his attacks are dodgeable. also never power attack, just use light attacks

for his normal attacks when he rushes you, you can hit him 3-5 times before he enters an attack animation. dodge out of it. if its a sword attack, dodge 2 more times. if its just the explosion, hes free to be attacked until he teleports away.

you can dodge his drill move by dodging INTO the drill just as its about to hit you. repeat as needed. you can also dodge his long ranged rush attack by dodging just as you hear the audible clash sound when he looks up before rushing. this repeats 2-3 more times. always assume hes gonna do it the 3rd time, you can just walk into him afterwards with enough stamina to punish, doesnt matter if you waste a dodge. after these moves, hes punishable and you can hit him about 6-8 times

his jumping flame shot move is easily dodgeable. when he does the circular flame wave attack, just dodge right as the circles about to pass you at an angle so you dont dodge into the 2nd circle. he fires it off 2 times normally, sometimes 3 if youre far away.

on his 2nd phase at 50% hp, just rush him and use your special ability and spamclick him while hes in the middle of his flashy animation. it cant hit you up close. he just has maybe increased speed and more attacks from his original moves like faster drill or spamming flame circle 4 times instead of 2 times. also has a few new super readable massive range attacks you just dodge out of. if you can beat 1st phase with most of your hp and heals, 2nd phase isn't so bad

you can trial and error your way through it the same as other souls games, you'll get it. he's also the "final boss", the bosses you fight after him are pretty easy
