Neither in demo or on current test build.
What OS/Mouse do you have?
Does this occur in other games?
What settings do you use in the game?
Can't promise I can help, but I can try.
If anyone else there has this problem, please report it here.
Started up the game. Initially it ran in a small window.
Entered options screen and set the resolution to 2560x1440.
Selected 'Full'.
Selected 'Fit' (as I suspected there might be a difference in pixel-ratio and wanted to check that) - that is when my mouse cursor showed up in the middle of the screen in a stucked state.
- Win 10 Pro / Logitech G502
- Other games that start in a windowed state don't show this problem at all.
- Settings (see screenshots)

Restarting the game made it stay in fullscreen mode with NO mouse cursor stuck in the center. But it does indeed happen again if I go into the options and select 'Fit' again.
I can easily replicate the problem with this!
