Sonic Generations portion crashes on loading screen

Not sure why, the Shadow portion works just fine but when I attempt to load up Sonic Generations it crashes at the loading screen. I set the full screen value to 0 and still crashes. May end up refunding if I can't fix it.

What resolution settings did you set it to?

I set the settings to 1280 x 720 but it still crashes

I just messed with it, apply the lowest settings, then apply another stronger settings, then the actual resolution you desire. then try the sonic generations section after doin allat
