'Ultimate Life Form' achievement won't achieve

Hello,
The Ultimate Life Form achievement won't unlock for me, despite having gotten S ranks in all acts (except Doom Bosses?). It is still locked at 1/something progress.
I'm planning on perfecting this game, is there a fix yet?

Mine wasn’t counting progress on my initial save file. But later I started another new game file from scratch and it started working correctly. So I ended up just speedrunning my way thru getting S ranks on that second save to get the achievement.
