Up to you, if the game looks interesting then give it a shot or wait for a sale if you don't want to risk it. I recommend it, Shadow gens is spectacular and Sonic gens is the same great game since 2011
the sonic part is meh but still fun
If you plan on replaying the levels to get everything and the highest rankings then yeah it's worth.
For the record I'm also a new player, I only played sonic frontiers and like one PSP game when I was a kid.
Way too short and the generations is just a copy paste without any real change. Even mods did better for orignal Gens.
The original generations is good. If you have the money and are interested in shadows story its a good buy.
