Sonic generations controls not working

I have 6 hours in the game but only from just shadow generations, when i try to play sonic generations, none of my keybinds worked at all, no inputs were working or anything and was wondering if i could get help on this

I'm looking for the same thing. Nobody is helping. It seems like they forgot to add keyboard controls lol

yea i am kinda pissed abt that, hoping a bug fix rolls out soon

Could you let me know the type of keyboard you are using is it QWERTZ or QWERTY also the make might be useful

Thank you same here. I find it genuinely unbelievable that a game this good has launched without keyboard controls.

to be honest, no, i just know others have been having the same issue of their keyboard simply just not working for sonic gens

I found the problem! Someone on sega support helped me find the issue. Is your keyboard language set to English - United Kingdom? If so, there's your problem. Try changing it to English - United States International. This fixed the issue for me.

Even if this works the game should be patched to include English United Kingdom
