Anyone tried this on Steam Deck yet? If so is it worth installing there?

The previous game ran fairly decently on the deck. Its a beefy install and i'd have to delete a few things first - so interested to know if its worth it. Does it run well on the deck?

Works just fine but it doesnt run at native resolution. Stuck with 16:9 but other than that its great.

It works very well on the Steam Deck, that's an excellent surprise, I honestly didn't expect such a smooth game : 55-60 FPS on high settings (Vsync off, shadow low for the Shadow game).

I'm great to hear this. I was trying to run it in the dock and attached to an external screen (TV), and it is freezing whenever I select either side of the story. This got resolved when I removed it from the dock.

The way I got "escaped" from the freeze state, is by holding the power button for ~2 second, which brought up the Steam UI, and allowed me to fore-stop the game.

It works great from what I've tried. I lower the graphics too for an extra nudge in performance but it does seem fully playable.

The problem seems to be having an extra controller when entering either game. I have turned off the external controller, and entered one of the game, then turn the controller on, and it _seems_ to work. Until it freezes at some random point.

Playing on deck running windows and it crashes evry time I try to boot :')

Works well for me. Get a smoother experience in Sonic Gens at 60fps on Deck than on a high end rig, bizarrely (stutter/bad frame pacing with 7800x3D and 4090). Shadow Gens works well enough at 720p with tweaks to the graphics settings, knocked the FPS counter off and allowed myself to have a good time.
