*Attentions Laptop users with Nvidia GPUs*
Remember to go to the NVIDIA control panel and make sure the game is set to use your Nvidia GPU. There are two different exe files for the game.

The Shadow section was running fine but the original generations section was crawling. Even the menus felt like they were at 10 fps. No way my 3050ti would struggle with this game. That is when it hit me that this game may be running on integrated graphics. Still surprised to be honest. I remember the first game being fine on an igpu.

Anyway. If you are having issues just another setting to check out. Hope everyone is enjoying the game.

Nevermind. rebooted the game again and now performance is back to poo. Not sure what is going on. Was working fine after I changed that setting in NVIDIA but I have confirmed it did not revert back.

i'm having the same issues with the gens part. the shadow section was buttery smooth but gens feels very stuttery and the loading screens are double the length of the original pc port :(
