Game always starts at 720p
All of my other settings are saved, but every time I fire up the game I have to change the resolution back from 1280x720. Has this happened to anyone else, and what did you do about it? Thank you!

Windows 10
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU
GPU: RTX 2080ti
64GB RAM

The game has no problems holding 120fps at high settings even after I set the resolution to 1440p, I just don't understand why the resolution changes itself back to 720 every time I restart the game. I suppose I'll check the GPU driver next

maybe when the game boots sees your max res to 720p that might be a driver issue
I found a way to fix it. if you delete the xml file in 64x and systemdata in savedata it fixed itself (both found in C:/users/*your username here*/Appdata/Roaming/SEGA/Sonic X Shadow Generations). do disable steam cloud when you enter and do your controller and graphic settings, then exit, re-enable cloud and when it asks for saves, press local. you now back to 1080p or whatever you use normally

maybe that was a day 1 bug that affected you. both games since the first boot i set the configs and never changed again.
