Pls spread it between your pals, so we could probably make sega unlock them?? (very unlikely tho)
You can pre-order it fine over here (Panamá), although, weird that SEGA is now blocking countries that never had any issues with before.
Though, I believe Argentina was because a few years ago people were abusing the regional pricing, but recently Colombia also got hit with the ban hammer, for reasons that I don't know.
Yep, I kinda understand that reasoning, but why not set the price higher then?.. Like there is official currency rate (in my case hryvnia), and they could just transform the price into UAH by the official rate and recieve the same amount of money as elsewhere... but yeah very "clever" management couldnt probably think of it
Ukrainian people (at least as I heard) can buy their games, but for unknown reasons they removed the possibility for them to pre-order this game. I heard the same story about the Turkish region.
And it turns out to be a strange paradox: a company that wants to make money from us just takes away this opportunity. If you want to play the game, be kind enough to buy it as a gift on third-party markets (or an activation key, because in Turkey, as I heard, you can't send gifts).
I bought a key from reseller tho and it worked, even if it said that it won't work for my region. So, if you want to pre-order that bad - buying from a second-party seller is an option.
Did you check if it was available for RoW or any other region that wouldn't exclude your region? 'Cause I bought one for Europe and it worked for Ukraine, tho it's still not available directly in Steam store.
An Argentinian friend of mine got his copy from that site, and was able to active it without any trouble. So....maybe?.
Most of their keys are RoW,I believe, since I got my copy of Captain Tsubasa from there too.
Yeah, my friends from Mexico told me they can without trouble.
But those from Colombia and Argentina couldn't.
