Stuck/Bugged near the begining of Trails in the Sky: Second Chapter?

Hi everyone only just recently bought this game and i loved the First Chapter of Trails in the Sky was the best RPG game iv played :D Fantastic story so rich and cute and i loved the humor too~ :P

I started playing everything was fine but then when i reached the quest where the Guild Lodge got under attack by some blue jaegers.. i had to backtrack back to the Lodge and the quest is telling me to investigate clues to find where Kurt is... The thing is i found all the "!" marked places and i googled a walkthrough to ensure i was doing the right thing and it tells me on the walkthrough a Cutscene should trigger at this point once you discover all the clues.. the thing is NOTHING is happening after finding all the clues.. I have a screenshot of the current quest with all the clues (starred highlighted points) am i missing something or is my game bugged? I did verify my game files and 0/0 files are missing.. Do i need to re-install the game again?

Please let me know thank you! i really want to play this game and its unfair that i cant even progress past the first few chapters?! O__O

I don't remember if it's supposed to be written in the notebook, but it doesn't seem that you looked for the blood on the floor. That's probably it

Yeah, have you checked the broken spear with some blood on the floor? =)

I have infact that was the first one i come across i do the spear first then the telephone box then the window then the food barrel then the wall / torn map. It should be 5 things in total.
If you read the picture it says Found Kurts spear meaning i clicked on it. Am i supposed to find these clues in a specific order or something? like the Window first the map then the barrel then the telephone then the spear last?

Just at a glance, it looks like you missed the bloodstain. It's easy to do because it's directly next to the spear so you have to kind of move around to get the '!' to appear over it instead of the spear.

I just re-tried it again starting from the back "!" marks then picked the spear/blood last and now it worked! omg i feel so dumb i thought the game was broken that seriously scared me thanks so much btw for your help.

I will let you guys know if i come across any other errors. Lesson learn do the spear/blood stain last i think? lol

The spear and the bloodstain are two separate triggers

Oooh okay i thought the Spear and the Blood were the same triggers. So its not really 5 clues but 6 including the blood stain too. I assumed it was 5 my bad.
