And i didn't like the SC ending as much as i like the FC one.... it doesn't has an enough impact in front of the first one.... but the cassius entrance omg.... of course ragnard was obvious, but cassius... awesome.... well i call it now we'll meet him at the end of sen 3 :D
I haven't completed the entire game yet, though. But that scene spoke to me deeply because I'm a socialist.
The entire Battleship Glorious section, up until the end of Chapter 6 would be my second choice. So many great moments.
Estelle's dialogue when Weissmann orders Joshua to end her life in Axis Pillar is also another powerful scene which also shows how much she has developed over the two games.
Finding out Olivier that is a prince was wayyyy too obvious. I called it before he left in Ch7(guessed he was either royalty or very high nobility, either a duke or a marquis). The way Müller behaves(and is so powerful), while it seems he is superior to Olivier, is actually subservient to him. He is, and it was plain for all to see too, a minder for Olivier. Especially when Olivier said the next time they met would be as enemies. A simple citizen of the Empire would not have the authority to say it with such conviction.
Kudos to Falcom for the very expressive characters and to XSEED for their stellar translation. It speaks a lot of the companies behind the game, how their characters appear very human and very understandable.
2) when Richard and the Intelligence Division showed up to stop the Grancel Invasion. I mean, who saw THAT coming?!
3) the scene with Tita caring for Agate after he gets injured. Their relationship is so adorable! Plus Agate got some major character development. He could always use more of that.
And thus Agate becomes a lolicon.

- The girl-talk scene Estelle and Kloe have in the auditorium. And the slightly-follow-up scene they have on board the Cecilia after leaving Grancel.
- The practice session in Fort Leiston after Chapter 2.
- Both scenes that feature Alan Richard. The one at the end of Chapter 8 was awesome and it was a massive rush to see those aggravating halbert wielding spec ops from the first game completely mop the floor with the society forces. But I also really liked the scene where he appeared before the captured Amalthea and had that talk with her. No wonder folks in Liberl were petitioning for his release. :)
