Report a translation problem
You translated FC's 8th track into "Tower of the Four Rings". Is the Japanese name of the track the same the game uses for the Tetracyclic Towers? If that's the case I think translating the track itself as "Tetracyclic Tower" would be more accurate.
On the same note, if the Japanese track names are same as what this is called in game, 24 to 31 should have "Madrigal of the White Magnolia" instead of "The White Madrigal Blossoms".
Also, in your post you say: "Track 30, "Death of the Princess" doesn't seem right, because... what could it be referring to? But the Japanese seems unambiguous to me. The kanji literally means "the princess' death." What am I not understanding here?" - if memory serves right, that track plays during the school play right when Princess Cecilia (I think that was the name of the character played by Joshua?) takes a deathblow by putting herself between the two duelists, and dies in doing so (until the miracle happens
Nonetheless, that's some impressive work you did there, thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the catch. It could have been weeks/months before I thought to listen to the track AND read the track title at the same tipe. Derp.
Pibedetorres!
Thanks for the Tetracyclic catch! I knew they had some special name, but couldn't remember what it was.
And thanks for the Play catch. I didn't realize all of those tracks where from the play (the Japanese doesn't quite match up with the localized name of the play).
(As I correct/change things, I'll be editing the XSEED thread.)
Anyway, I don't have time today but in a day or two I'll try and copy over everything manually for ya'. Might have to paste it into a googledoc or something since Steam doesn't like like to play nice with text formatting.
