The Legend of Heroes: Zero Trail DLSITE
I went to dlsite and tried to register my visa card to buy the game and i get the error "Credit card registration failed."

Any way to get the game please PM me :)

I've recently packaged up Zero along with the Translation Patch and a step-through instruction guide for installation if you're interested. Tried to PM but your profile comes up as private.

I was able to buy from DLSite with no trouble, but this was in March and I'm also in the UK so I couldn't really say if its an issue at your end or whatever, sorry...

EDIT - I have seen a report that DLSite is now rejecting card payments... whether this is temporary or not I don't know, but it could be something they've introduced for overseas transactions since popularity of the games have increased thanks to Geofront
