book collector for nostalgic recipe?
I swear, I have talked to everyone multiple times, and I can't find the book collector that the old lady gave her recipe book to, and I don't want to leave Rolent without finishing this. Help! Thanks!

The guy that lives next to the restaurant. The room that has only 1 bed even tho he, his wife and his kid lives there. Also have the most book shelves in Rolent
