Missing Haze quartz?

Hello, everyone. This is my first time posting anything to a Steam forum, so please forgive if I do anything wrong somehow. Anyways, I just got to chapter 6 and I'm trying to do the "Merchant Escort" sidequest. Since you're not supposed to have any encounters logically I went to go equip my Haze quartz. But for some reason I don't have it? I've done all of the sidequests and have the max BP that I'm supposed to have by this point, so I don't see why I wouldn't. Also I'm sure that I've never sold it and I highly doubt it's equipped to any other unactive party member. The only character I don't use much at all is Scherazard, but whenever she was mandatory it definetly wasn't equipped.

So, there's a curve right before you reach Ravennue and there is a monster that sits in that curve and does not move until it sees you. I've been trying to get past it without Haze for 30 mins now to no avail.

I also don't have the Yin-Yang quartz either.... which is strange to me because I carried over my save from FC.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

(EDIT: I loaded a save from towards the end of chapter 5 and Scherazard *definetly* doesn't have it.)

Are you sure Haze isn't on one of the party members you sent to Valleria Lake? Go there and check, you can actually switch party members there without advancing the main story.

I'm pretty sure that it's not. But I'll check right now. I was worried that the main story would advance if I went to them.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell.... I feel ridicuoulsly stupid. I must have recently equipped it to Agate before I replaced him with Zin. I really don't remember putting it on him though lol.
