This. Their description (if you have Heaven's Eye slotted in) says 'Causes quakes when injured'. So taking them out one by one is the trick. If you have Agate, delay the current target with Spiral Edge; if you have Schera, advance your turns with Heaven's Kiss.
Also, having at least one character dedicated to casting Earth Wall will help a lot. I think you can set it up on Tita at this point, which is good because her AOE attack is detrimental to you here. Oh, and bundle up in a corner before you start dealing with the Worms.
If things get really hairy, they have very low MOV and are vulnerable to MOV debuffs. So you can buy time by smoke bombing the mosquitoes, run to a corner, Petrosphere when they clump up trying to chase and drop half the worms to 1 MOV, and easily single file them down.
I forgot if at that point you already had access to Clock Down, I think you do, it makes the battle more manageable since the Worms are not fast, and move very slowly too.
