Is New Game+ still bugged?

So I saw a post from back in 2015 saying NG+ was bugged in that it did NOT carry over gear, quartz, character levels, or mira. A blog post from 2016 mentions that Estelle's XP when starting NG+ was fixed, but nothing about gear, quartz, or mira.

I just started a brand new game using my SC Clear Data, I carried over everything, and upon gaining control of Estelle, I see she is level 91, but I have NO mira, no gear, and no quartz...

...So... after 7 years... is this STILL bugged? Or do I get all my stuff later on?

Wait a second. You start a NEW GAME with FC Clear save OR NEW GAME+ with SC Clear save? These are totally different things in my mind and I don't get how you can start a NG+ with FC clear save and expect to get end-game stuff from SC carried over...

My bad, I started a NEW GAME using my CLEAR DATA from SC. I beat SC in 2017, and wanted to do another playthrough because I want to start TC soon.

I used CLEAR DATA from my SC game. And I ALSO used my CLEAR DATA from FC when it also asked me that.

I just tried to start a new game with ONLY my SC Clear Data, and not the FC data as well, and still only Estelle's level is carrying over. No gear, mira, or quartz

I remember that in FC you could choose what to carry over. I didn't play SC NG+, so I can't say for sure if it workd the same way here, but I remembe that in FC everything was fine.

In SC you get to pick what to carry over. As far as I can tell, even though I picked everything, ONLY the level is carrying over.

I have to ask you and make sure. Did you set these to "Carry over" or "Don't carry over"? This screen appears after you select SC Clear Data save file.

Secondly, I just confirmed this myself and if you select to carry over your stuff then you get it after the opening movie when you go upstairs to Estelle's room and Estelle picks up her stuff. I basically skipped through cutscenes, checked inventory in-between, until I noticed I had the stuff I carried over: mira, sepith, weapons, armors, consumables, quarts, ingredients, books, etc.

When Estelle goes back to her home after leaving the castle, you mean? Ok, I haven't gone that far since I figured she'd have all the stuff she was carrying on her since the timespan between FC and SC is literally one night.

Awesome ok, yeah all my stuff is there. Ok false alarm then. Thanks a lot. I was assuming it was a bug of some sort since nowhere does the game tell you your stuff will be given later, and searching for NG+ info on google doesn't really go into the details of when/where you get the stuff.

Well, at least hopefully this post will help future people who may have the same train of thought as I do.

You also get a Zemurian ore once you get your bag if you are playing on NG+. That and extra items for gambling. So, technically speaking, if you get all the Gambler Jack novels and do NG+, you can get 3 ultimate weapons. 1 for Jack, 1 for NG+ and 1 for examining that one computer after getting the Data Orb Z at the final dungeon.
