If I remember correctly, it reduces the difficulty. Loewe is THE hardest boss in the game just like in FC, but unlike in that game you need to beat him. So they gave you a reduce the difficulty option. The same option is also there for a certain boss in 3rd. He is beateble without grinding but you need to bring your A-Game to beat him on nighmare. So its up to you really. Do you wanna reduce the difficulty or fight him to test your skills. I believe the difficulty will only be reduced for him, so don't worry about making the rest of the game too easy.
Anyway, you now know what it does, stop complaining and be grateful that they give you an option in case the player is not good enough. Don't go Dragon on us.
I just went back and downed him again without it, so meh. He was doing slightly more damage than the first kill (which may just have been failing to get Zodiac up sooner) but still honestly not as bad as the prologue or Divine Penguin.
Nothing beats the divine penguin, or should I say Jimmy, the true super boss of the game.
Oh so that what it does. Thanks for the correction.
Every single criticism I make about any game is also a legitimate issue. So if you are criticizing legitimate issues, then you are definitely "Going Dragon," which is a great thing IMO.
