stuck on chapter 9 (kyle's password)

hi, i'm stuck and need some help, i'm on the chapter 9, and just saved the sky bandits, now, kyle should give me the password when i talk to him in the pobcat, but that doesn't happen, not sure what to do now

i'm an idiot, had to go all the way to the platform in factoria, then all the way back kyle so he can remember to tell me the password

Its a game it happens , for the longest time I forgot my other party members was in the guild room , plus I went hours not knowing Bose does have a orb shop, and went through 1/4 of chap 5 with only lvl 3 arts ;/.. the shop was in the south section of town .

Bruh how was I supposed to know Kyle had the password, when Joshua said he thought he knew who would have it I thought it was hinting at finding one of the enforcers or something, Kyle was probably the last person I'd even think of asking
