Cheat engine for inventory items?

Trying to use the 4-byte options apparently doesn't match up with the addresses for the inventory items-anyone have any suggestions for how to get them?

Specifically looking for Zemurian Ore

There is one called "Cheat Engine" it works well , but it doe not work like most cheat devices {game shark etc } it wont magically give you a item, because it doesnt use codes .

Now if you have something already in the inventory { sepiths } or Mira .. you can change values which gives you the amount you put in.. 6000 Mira you will get 6000 mira etc .

There are a couple of save editors out there if one digs through the forums, but I can't offer any official support for these things of course -- just, you know, saying "look for save editors".

would anyone know the steps of using a save editor ? I never heard of this before .I got the 1.4 one just to try it , but I am not sure which save file to load and use and how to change things like levels of the party .

My last auto save does not match the game currency etc . so I feel its not the last save I have of the game . there is 9 auto saves , and 2 main saves I guess , when I use one of the main saves it loads nothing into the editor .Thanks

I dont understand the problem. YOu have save slots in the game from 1 to #.
In save editor you press OPEN and choose Svdat001-#. Depending which one you want, For ease of use just save and than open Svdat001.

And thats it There are named tabs like Resourses, party and inventory. You just choose one and edit any option there, They are ALL named,

For example in the tab PARTY you have window PARTY MEMBER, YOu choose who you want and window below shows their lvl. Just click there and edit number,

WARNING. Adding to the inventory KEY items like Gambler jack can break the save, So aaether back up save by saving in several slots or just add normal items only.

yeah idk why im having such a problem , I tried all the save files with still no luck , the last save the game made and shows in the folder is Svdat003, I also tried the others . but when I open the save files in the editor Svdat003 does not show in the editor list . Plus no matter the save file I open they all show way lower amounts of things like mira and levels then what I am in the game , unless thats normal ? I am level 62 on Estelle and it shows them all at lvl 32 in the Editor . when I go to input a value of 99 it wont take it , it only goes up to lvl 59. and most forums I read they claimed they made the chars lvl 99 using the editor .

Then I tried to test it of making all the sepiths 9999 it took that np , but there was no change in the game . Maybe I am using the wrong save files ? I read what the dev said which is going to program files in my PC and picking SC, but I am not sure if I am suppose to do something in the steam Library and access the saves there ? I know a bit about using cheats etc but dealing with saves is something new to me .

youtube and goggle has hardly no coverage of how to do this , just forums of folks that already understand it . I am using Editor 1.4 which the forum says is up a running well.. after bugs have been fixed by the Dev .

This should be very simple , but idk what my issue is .

I just wanted to get through the fights a bit easier and speed things up a bit , cause im starting to get tired of the game .. and I put in many hours and want to move on to something new , but i dont want to quit the game .

The first post i made about the program i used works great , cheat engine .. but you cant change party lvls etc .. just amount of currencys and items .

Check the save editor file name. CHECK IT PROPERLY. If you dont start to laugh after that and still want an answer to your problem. Post here again and I will help you,

I think you use FC save editor, not SC. Change to SC.
If I remember correct the max level in FC is 59, beside stormwave save editor for SC version is 1.3, his save editor for FC is 1.4

ok I am a idiot .lol the editor says FC ..ugh ;/ but in my defense the desktop icon didnt say which game it was for until I mouse over it to expand it . I would think the version 4.1 was it because in the 4.1 forums someone claimed they had the same issue , and stormwave said he could send them his save file . but maybe he didnt know the dude actually meant SC not FC .lol


I just tried it 1.3 .. works perfect ... I just did mira and levels ,

oh, Someone made it for third chapter as well already.
Honestly, I use it just to skip a grind, I can farm ALL sepith from Poms for 4 hours to get all quarts or just spendt 4 minutes ading 1k sepith to my team.
Same thing but without tedium.
