Abyss worm boss

Elmo cave, hard.
How to win that nonsense? You start ambushed with enemy having first turn. After that you already have ypur party down to 1-1/5k hp at best, Next turn you try to heal up and kill at least moskitos. After that 5 abyss worms go for a second time and wipe your party,
There is no way to survive 5 aoe barrages from them when each hot deals 1k dmg and characters hp is 3k

Im level 50 with a very good orbments like cast and action 2, earth wall and etc.

Key worf unfair.
Tita dies before party turn 50% of times. After that you get spammed by 500 dmg lightining attacks that might kill second party member and than you are ether stuck in a loop of reviving characters or you dare to attack and get destroyed by 1500 aoe counter and 4 more lightining attacks,
There is no enough hp to tank that.

or you can learn how to read and count. Read numbers aloud and than rethink your post. How many counter attacks I named in my post? 1 or 5?

Do you have Shera or Agate in your party. This battle is significantly easier with Agate.

Strategy with Agate:
Wait for the non-worm thingies (forgot how they are called) ) to attack. Then wipe them out with Agate's 200 cp S-Break once they have bunched up. Use Clock Down and Earth Wall as usual. Keep one worm of attacking with Spiral Edge and kill it quickly with wind magic. Feed Agate tomato sandwiches if necessary.

If you have Shera this battle requires a little more finesse (mostly slowing them with Petrosphere on top of Clock Down and running away in circles). Still since you are only playing on hard it shouldn't be that difficult. If you are really struggling a couple more levels will go a long way. You gan find them by slaying some Shining Poms appearing with those rabbit-like monsters on Tratt Plains.

In that area, Carnelia tower's 3rd floor is *full* of those little fluffball monsters which spawn a pom 33% of the time.

And there's like 12 or so on that floor bunched together.

I went from 44 or so straight to whatever level mobs only give 1 exp at in 2 clears.

I skipped that battle as I was too annoyed to continue it which resulted in my next topic where Im in even less funnier situation.
Agate? I dont think you can use him there, Its a second chapter and you have party of Tita, Chloe, Estelle and ether Scherra or Oliver. And I might be mistaken about having any choice at all.
Defenetly not a 3rd chapter where you can ditch tita in favor of oliver or big asian guy

ah. Game has a lot of replay potential with THAT long lasting choices, Shera had a lot of dialog lines on her own.

If you hate the worms in the boss battle then never enter the bounty mission in Zeiss with the worms.
Generally speaking you always should have Earth Wall to cast, you ony attack one for the worm fights and also speed down magic works on the worms so you can very nicely hit them all with a single cast after they cuddle a little together.

I only just did that battle last night. Setup was with Schera, Tita and Olivier. Didn't really do anything special in the battle. Just focus firing on 1 worm at a time and heal with Tita's vital cannon.
