Stuck alot as Hex in Open Protocol Mode

I am getting game breaking stuck issues with Hex, think its more with the dash issues and when laying down massive AOE in an area and something might explode on him... cant quite pin it down, but thought maybe you can run thru it with the feedback and figure it out....

And by stuck, i mean stuck, literally unable to move, and i do believe even some attacks when stuck are not hitting my character but explosions seem to and will eventually kill him... sometimes an explosion created by teammates can move you a touch.... but other than that.. nothing breaks player free

Yup same here. Stuck several times also in offline mode. If i run to a corner or a wall running from an enemy (not that it matters since you have unlimited respawns but watever) and i am trapped , after i kill the enemies i am stuck. And i cant move or get out. I need to restart the whole mission. Im surprised not other people noticed this.. lol.
