Spark though should be on the table.
It would be good to get Spark too. It added a whole other layer of theorycrafting when starting a new game.
DE is such a big mod and was so tied into how Dom5 worked that it will be a much bigger job. Honestly I will probably build a new mod using the elements of DE that still make sense (new content etc) and then include some new areas designed to enhance what Dom6 brings to the table. But that will be quite a big project and I would expect it will be several months for anything to materialise.
That's great news. Doing Spark before DE next generation doesn't surprise me at all. I can see why a whole new mod is going to be required to replace DE.
Not to add to your mammoth workload, but would it be possible to do a pretender template for each one when you're making the new Spark? I'm sure people will publish their own when the mod is out, but it would be amazing to have at least one when it launches. One of the issues with Spark is the AI, as always, isn't as good as a human at leveraging the niche abilities of the pretenders, so the mod ends up favouring the human in single player.
I'd hope it might be quite efficient when you're working on a pretender to create an example version at the same time and template it, but obviously it's still more work for you to do.
Many thanks for your mod work anyway. I've had an absolute blast with many of them, especially Spark and DE.
Do we know if they intend to bring back the enhanced nations? I'm thinking about CHaco and Nihuala mostly as I just bought dom 6 and imma play some Na'ba as I love this nation, but I was looking forward playing some Chaco too
Juhera is being deleted and partly rolled into Ubar, MA Iram and Dom-Dan'yel are being removed and partly rolled into LA Iram, LA Nihuala is being reworked to be unrecognisable and won't be available in the first release and Albion's being wholly jettisoned I believe. Far as I know, all other nations will remain.
