Question mark does not work on Brazilian ABNT2 keyboards

I noticed I could never use question mark on Dominions 6 to find the hotkeys in my Brazilian ABNT2 keyboard and discovered the issue. In this keyboard, the question mark is on "ALT+W" and the game takes the "w" input as well. I found this when renaming a commander using a question mark. I have not see any other games or software that does not recognize the question mark independently. When I change my windows keyboard layout setting to US and press the combination that the question mark should be ("SHIFT+/", which is "SHIFT+"; in my keyboard) the question mark input works for finding hotkeys. Please make the game support Brazilian keyboards so I don't need to change windows settings when trying to find the hotkeys screen.
