Increasing Recruitment Points
Currently playing as MA Man going for a nature heavy strat, but I've noticed that I get lots of resources in some of my fort provinces because of woods/highlands, but lots of these go to waste because of low recruitment points.

485 resource to 166 recruit points feels quite bad. With growth scale at 2, I am wondering if through certain nature spells I can quickly and effectively increase my population at a rate to significantly impact recruit points.

I noticed the "Gift of Nature's Bounty" spell, but it is very far away in research, and the 1 extra growth scale will only increase population growth by 0.2% (which according to my math is very small).

There is no practical way, no. There are ways, Blood Fecundity exists and will raise growth scales (but this is very slow), and you can Wish for population (but good luck getting Wish online even if you're an astral nation), but practically speaking, this is something you address as best you can at pretender design with your troop scales, and otherwise just accept it. It's mostly fine tbh, you rarely want to max out troop production anyway, mages are what matters.

Gift of nature's bounty increase it by 1 scale per point of dominion, so at 10 dominion this will take you from death 5 to growth 5. Well of misery is another way to get more pop, giving +2 growth globally (which might benefit your opponents too, or maybe not if they are killing the population).

Order multiplies recruitment points and so does fort level, so a high order (grand) citadel can recruit a lot in a high pop province.

Thanks for the clarification on Gift of Nature's Bounty. I will definitely be turning all my provinces into Unicorn factories as soon as possible.

Just be aware that if you get to Growth 4 or 5, a lot of provinces will turn into a forest, which comes with an emigration event that will lose you a good percentage of your current population, thus reducing rec points there.
