Gift of Health should help with afflictions, though Dominion 2 is very low. A Never Healing Wound is also a very difficult affliction to fix, so yeah, that can take a long while.
Regeneration prevents afflictions but apparently does NOT heal afflictions.
Regeneration lowers the chance of getting afflictions, but doesn't 100% prevents them. But yeah. Healing afflictions is very very rare in Dominions.
If you don't have recruitable Healers, you probably just going to have to accept afflictions being permanent.
There is also the recuperation bless, but that's pretty expensive to get as well.
